Choose exactly which teachers may read and grade each student’s personal notebook. Being an administrator does not give you notebook-reading access: assign yourself explicitly if needed.
Class labels help you find students. Moving a student between classes never changes notebook access. Selections apply only to the named students shown in your preview, including future saved notebook versions.
